What a brilliant and informative video! It is so interesting to see the actual process and technology, that goes into making THE best braces available. I am just so pleased that I am using Invisalign. I hope that lots more older people like myself have this amazing treatment. I could never have coped with wearing the old fashioned train track metal braces at my age. Thanks for re-enforcing my best ever decision for straightening my teeth invisibly.

Kindest regards from Ruth Archer (age 51)

As a patient of your Dad Michael, for long term Invisalign straightening, and yours Andrew, for complex preparation work, I am now feeling all of these more positive emotions IN ADVANCE. I feel safe in your hands, for the major cosmetic dentistry due to start in a few short months. I know I will be well looked after, as I always have been. You will make sure I won't feel a thing, so Instead of natural fear, I just feel SO excited!!! I have been ashamed and embarrassed to smile, due to my dreadful teeth for most of my life. Now I can't wait to be flashing a great big beaming smile (created by your good selves of course)!!!

As a patient who started Invisalign aged 50, I have been wearing my Invisable braces for 9 months so far. My total treatment time is 1 year for the top set, and 2 years for the bottom set. The improvement to date of my dreadfully crooked teeth is just incredible. I won't pretend it is an easy ride, BUT it is well worth doing if you are as embarassed as I was about your teeth. I feel positively excited about my future perfect smile. Thanks Michael, (and the girls) for looking after me SO well! Kindest regards from Ruth

Yes, as a patient of yours who had 4 extractions, I can confirm it works. It was a stress free experience, and I am no longer affraid of painful old fashioned injections. Thanks Andrew, for convincing me of this modern miracle. Kind regards from Ruth

Hello Jo:
to claim that a mouthwash 'eliminates' bacteria that cause gum disease is hogwash - assuming that the definition of 'eliminate' is 'to remove 100% of'.
And how is a mouthwash meant to penetrate underneath the gum where the real problem is?...killing some of the bacteria on the tongue or on the outside of the gum won't help...

Mouthwashes play a useful role as an 'adjunct' to Hygiene Therapy in certain cases. On their own they're hopeless. But you won't catch them admitting that on a national ad campaign :-)

Thank you for this information, but as I was reading it an advert on the TV for a well known brand of mouthwash claims to eliminate bacteria that cause gum disease. Is this correct?
