Bio
Rose worked as a dental nurse for more than eight years before graduating from the University of Essex in 2019 as a Dental Hygienist. Since qualifying, she has gained experience in a variety of dental settings, supporting her continued professional development and broadening her clinical skills. In 2020, she returned to the University of Essex to study for a BSc in Oral Health Science, which will enable her to practise as a Dental Therapist on completion. Rose provides patient‑centred preventive care, including tailored oral hygiene advice and support for patients of all ages. She has a particular interest in implant maintenance and keeps up to date with contemporary approaches to oral health, ensuring her care is evidence‑based and aligned with current best practice. She also enjoys working with children and finds delivering treatment to younger patients especially rewarding.In addition to her clinical role, Rose teaches dental hygiene students at the University of Essex. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, keeping fit and spending time with friends and family.
