Teeth whitening treatment is available to patients aged 18 and over only, and patients must be dentally fit with a recent dental health check-up. Any dental health check-up and/or treatment required to ensure a patient is dentally fit will be charged separately. Please note that the practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. Teeth Whitening Offer – Terms & Conditions This 20% off teeth whitening offer is only available between 1 February 2026 and 14 February 2026. This offer is open to all individuals who are new and existing patients at Winning Smiles. The offer is only available where the appointment relating to this offer is booked and attended between 1 February 2026 and 14 February 2026, and applies to at-home teeth whitening treatment only. Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with teeth whitening treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Any additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for teeth whitening will be charged at an additional cost. This treatment can typically be completed in 3–4 weeks, however Winning Smiles does not guarantee this timeframe and the timeframe may vary. Appointments for the teeth whitening offer are subject to availability. The teeth whitening discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Winning Smiles is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Winning Smiles will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Winning Smiles is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The teeth whitening discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Winning Smiles accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Winning Smiles does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Winning Smiles accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Winning Smiles’ negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
