Winning Smiles is a dental practice with a focus on creating an exceptional environment for our Team and our Patients.

Our aim is to produce high end clinical results using effective communication in a calm, professional, private practice environment.

CPD

There is an emphasis on mentoring and CPD for the whole team. Our nurses tend to grow into their role and we support them in this.

We encourage our nurses to further their skills in areas such as Implants, Orthodontics, Radiology, Impression taking and TCO (treatment coordinator) if this is something they want to pursue. Career progression at Winning Smiles is a real prospect as new roles are created.

Develop New Skills

The practice continues to grow year on year, so jobs for Nurses with special skills in TCO, Ortho or Implants become available regularly.

But don’t be put off by this because we also take on nurses who are earlier on in their professional development and who may be looking to acquire these skills. We will willingly teach you.

Ultimately the only special talents we insist on are: effective communication skills, an enthusiasm for learning and the ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
