Decided 2 years after first consultation to get my bridges removed as they were loose damaged and looked awful.

Andrew Fennell and sam were wonderful from the off. And very 1st consultation.

Andrew put me at ease, and made me feel that no question I had couldn’t be answered.

Through a lot of surgery, bone grafts, stitches and teeth removal, over a period of months, andrew and sam were always helpful, professional, and always made sure I was coping well and comfortable.

I now am able to laugh and smile again without covering my mouth anymore and my confidence is returning.

All the staff are wonderful and helpful and friendly.
Nothing is too much trouble either.

All through lockdown, I still had treatment, everything was very clean, hygienic , and was totally covid secure.

Very nervous patient

Very nervous patient, male 54 very traumatised by bad dental treatment in the past. amazed with the care ,treatment after care and general honest professionalism of Andrew and the whole team.was in pain for years before that never smiled in a photo cant believe the result. very very happy.

After having consultation where Andrew and team put me at my ease. over 2 sitings approx 5 hours , had cist removed ,bone implant ,7 extractions, 7 x fillings and dental implant for upper jaw.

Also follow up appointments with hygienist and Andrew to check reuslts.family and friends amazed with the result. pain free surgery means an awful lot when your nervous.
also excellent value for money.

Can’t emphasise the improvement in my appearance

I was recommended winning smiles by a friend of mine after a previous bad experience with another dentist.

I met Andrew for a consultation at the end of may and knew instantly he was a very decent human being but more importantly a very good dentist. During my initial appointment he explained both thoroughly and simply every stage of my treatment. Now just four months later I have a full set of upper jaw implants and two single implants on my lower jaw. I just cannot emphasis the improvement in my appearance and ability to eat everything.

Finally I just want to stress how painless the whole procedure was and have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and all the other helpful members of staff.

This Has Changed My Life

Please if you are thinking of having implants visit Winning Smiles in Romford before you go anywhere else.

For years I was terrified of the dentist and my teeth were in a dreadful state. I cannot tell you how hard it was to walk into Winning Smiles just to get more information. From the first visit I knew I had come to the right place, all of the staff were so patient and kind, just what I needed. It has been four months since I had all on four implants top and bottom. I can honestly say that this has changed my life.

For years prior to this I could only eat food which was soft, now I am eating apples and crunchy salads the things that I missed eating the most. I am quite a happy person but before this I was covering my mouth when I smiled or spoke to people. Now I no longer have to do that and I cannot stop smiling.

My Confidence has grown and my health has significantly improved as I can now make better food choices. At no time during this procedure was I in pain, and I had no pain following the procedure. Now I look in the mirror and still find it hard to believe these are my teeth. I an indebted to Andrew and his team I feel like I did thirty years ago.

All i wanted for Christmas was my two front teeth (and a pre-molar) — success!!
I just wanted to write to thank the excellent implant team led by Andrew Fennell.
From the moment I met him I knew I was in safe hands. He has a calm focused aura that puts you at ease with the process.
I needed two front teeth and the resulting implants are a testimony to great workmanship as they are indistinguishable from the teeth either side.(the pre molar is also a success but it is hidden!). This is a tribute to Andrew’s care and attention to detail with photographic colour matching. The whole process was pain free and the resulting teeth are worth smiling about. Thank you Andrew.

I would like to thank Andrew and his team for my new smile. My teeth had deteriorated over the years and I came to a point in my life where that was having an impact on my life. Full Set Top Teeth

The best thing I ever did was to find Winning Smiles when doing an on line search for implant surgery. What can I say about Winning Smiles, going to meet Andrew and his team they put me at ease and made me feel special. Bone graft cyst removal and implant

I would recommend going winning smiles as they know what they are doing for sure, I have had many trips to various dentists over the years, And my problem wasn’t an easy fix as I needed a bone graft cyst removal and implants and it was all taken care of.

Andrew, Jamie, And Denise the receptionist and all who work there are dedicated to what they do. You can tell when you meet them all at first they care for people and not just trying to get your money.

My wife also went there and she was petrified of anything to do with dentists, But now she has got over her fear of going thanks to Andrews calming way with her, All in all, a great service when you need a good dentist …Try them sometime I’m glad I did, PS there is plenty of free parking to the rear of the building

Petrified of Dentists

A Winning Smile – after being absolutely petrified of the dentist and not visiting one for about 17 years i decided it was time to do something about my brown stained teeth, broken crowns & gum disease. After visiting several other implant specialists i eventually found Andrew and his team. As a sedation patient this can be very expensive, Andrew started a plan of works which allowed me to have a mild sedative which alleviated my stress and fear allowing works to proceed.

A year later, and after several operations, implants and hygiene works i truly have a “winning smile”. I cant thank Andrew, Toni, Lauren and the rest of the team for their time & patience.
