Unlike older methods of dental veneers, with new bonding material the underlying teeth are not affected in any way. It means that the veneer treatment is renewable in the future, and at the same time, teeth veneers now cost a lot less than they used to. We don’t need to send the work to our lab.

Jonathon graduated from Cardiff in 2013, worked in Somerset and Suffolk before coming to Winning Smiles. He is interested in Implants and restorative dentistry, making natural teeth look good and replacing teeth if they have been lost.

Incredibly, new materials allow us to shape around the existing tooth without harming or scraping any teeth. The colour matching is something we go through with you ahead of time, so you know exactly what will happen. To help you imagine the results, these before and after images are regular projects.
Even so, we are pretty used to people being surprised when they look in the mirror for the first time. Nobody can imagine how they’ll feel with a fantastic new smile. A few tears have been known.

Do I really need veneers? >
Often when patients come in they don’t come in with one issue but a few. Whether its crooked teeth or discolouring, Veneers may or may not be the option.

What are Instant Veneers? >
They are a few types of Veneers, the most common being the kind that you layer over the top of the teeth to give a smooth finish. What we prefer to do at Winning Smiles is to go for Instant Veneers so that you can come in and have your veneers made in house and walk out with a new smile the same day.

What about Teeth Straightening? >
There are other treatments that can alter a crooked smile that can straighten your teeth within 6-7 weeks; i.e. the Inman Aligner. If your teeth are in good condition but aren’t straight, this may be a better solution without having Veneers.

What are the best Veneers? >

How long do veneers last? >
Veneers will stay in place for over ten years. However they are a permanent fix so if they become chipped or broken they process will need to be carried out again.
