The components of the WeldOne system are tailored for the individual jaw, making the base frame incredibly stable. These are crafted at the Winning Smiles clinic, and new teeth are placed on the same day.
Building on this firm foundation, once you have chosen your tooth material, Acrylic, Composite or Porcelain/Ceramic, patients can walk away with a new set of permanent teeth.
The old way, to spend months coping with temporary teeth before transitioning to the permanent set, has been replaced.

Implant Denture Fantastic Service
I had a bridge fitted years ago due to an accident which didn’t look good, wrong colour to the rest of my teeth. Didn’t smile for years in photos as it showed up. The bridge started to get loose last year to the stage that I could only eat soft food of fear it would fall out. Four months ago the bridge did fall out. I made an appointment to see Dr Andrew Fennell at Winning Smile.

Petrified of Dentists
A Winning Smile – after being absolutely petrified of the dentist and not visiting one for about 17 years i decided it was time to do something about my brown stained teeth, broken crowns & gum disease. After visiting several other implant specialists i eventually found Andrew and his team. As a sedation patient this can be very expensive, Andrew started a plan of works which allowed me to have a mild sedative which alleviated my stress and fear allowing works to proceed.
A year later, and after several operations, implants and hygiene works i truly have a “winning smile”. I cant thank Andrew, Toni, Lauren and the rest of the team for their time & patience.
