The Perfect Dentist
I have finally found the perfect dentist!
I had implants done with Andrew and they are perfect, actually feel better than my real teeth and I had 2 root canal treatments with Jamie pain-free.
I used to dread dentist after years of bad experiences but I trust winning smiles 100%. I can not thank them enough for all the work done, I can finally smile!
Exemplary Customer Service
From start to finish the Winning Smiles team have had an exemplary approach to customer service. The initial call to make an appointment for a consultation was handled extremely professionally by Dental Receptionists. They were able to make an appointment around my busy schedule and I got an appointment within 10 days.
The consultation went ahead as planned where I had photos taken of my teeth and then advised of the best plan of action to improve my misaligned teeth. Also during the consultation, I was advised of the payment options and potential payment plans if I couldn’t settle the bill as a whole.
Then came the pre-dental treatment to ready me for my braces. The Hygienist was absolutely brilliant. She cleaned my teeth and also went in to great detail on how I should clean and maintain my teeth.
Due to a large Frenulum, I had to undergo a Frenectomy. I was extremely nervous about having the Frenectomy but was reassured by the Orthodontist and the procedure was carried out quickly and pain-free.
Following the Frenectomy I had my braces installed and revisited the practice every 4-6 weeks for 11 months. During these visits again all the team were very courteous and polite and put me at ease.
The day the braces were finally removed the Orthodontist removed I was provided with a fixed brace and measured-up for a night brace to also use. I was reminded how to clean my teeth and also that if I had any problems to come back and see them.
So to close this practice lives up to its name because I truly have a ‘Winning Smile’ now.

Veneers, Perfect Job
Couldn’t be happier with my veneers, asked for them to be more natural looking and they have done a perfect job.
Feel so much more confident smiling as I used to have quite a few gaps in my front set of teeth and have received many compliments already.

Fantastic team made me feel at ease
I would like to thank Andrew and Toni and all his lovely staff for making me feel so at ease from the moment I walked in.
I was petrified but they were so caring and explained everything about lower jaw implants which I had done. I cannot fault the excellent implant surgery Andrew did and the Sedationist was brilliant I didn’t feel a thing.
I am so happy with my new teeth and I will be staying with them for good I only wish I had known about them sooner. If you’re nervous about dentist go to Andrew not only does he do a brilliant pain-free implant he truly cares and takes time with you nothing is too much trouble

Immediate Veneers
I am so pleased with the immediate veneers I recently had done by Jamie.
My four front bottom teeth that were worn down and tired looking were completely transformed into dazzling new teeth thanks to Jamie’s expertise. I have been a patient of Winning Smiles for 5 years now and I can honestly say I have always found the staff to be friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Nervous of Bone Grafts
Thank you to Andrew and Toni and all the staff, who made me very welcome and comfortable being there. I have had bone graft and implants and teeth filed down also had a veneer done which I am so happy about thanks to Andrew and Toni they have brought a smile back to my life and now I’m looking forward to getting married next year as I was worried about what my teeth looked like. I recommend if you want bone graft or implants and you are nervous this is the place to come👍
Scared of Dentists, Not Any More
After being scared of the dentist for many years ( and that’s an understatement ) I finally plucked up the courage to have a full implant denture.
Andrew and Toni his dental assistant put me at ease and explained in detail what would happen.
I would just like to say thank you so much for helping me through my fears and of course for my lovely new teeth I’m having to learn to smile again as I haven’t for years, but I can now, thanks to Andrew and his team. They are real professionals from the moment you walk through the door you have a friendly welcome from the girls on reception, and they have great hygienists too (Lauren and Louise ). Amazing Teeth – Thanks to the Team
Woke up this morning with a wonderful smile. Amazing teeth, thanks to Andrew & the team at Winning Smiles. The modern systems used along with friendly helpful supportive and extremely knowledgeable staff helped me to relax and feel confident. (Did I mention that am petrified of dentists).
Questions asked about all treatments from dental hygiene to implants were easily answered by the team. I felt at ease from the beginning of my treatments right down to the end.

I found the courage – so happy
I have just completed my treatment with Andrew at Winning Smiles and am so happy with the results. It has taken me over 2 years to find the courage to have the dental work done as I was so nervous. My first consultation and meeting with Andrew and Toni, his dental assistant, gave me not just the confidence but the full support to go ahead.
Every step was explained in full and any concerns I had were answered. It has taken 6 months in total but it was the best decision I have ever made. The staff are amazing, you are made to feel so welcome and the best thing is you end up with amazing teeth, I love my new smile!!! Thank you all so much.
Excellent implant team – worth smiling about
All i wanted for Christmas was my two front teeth (and a pre-molar) — success!!
I just wanted to write to thank the excellent implant team led by Andrew Fennell.
From the moment I met him I knew I was in safe hands. He has a calm focused aura that puts you at ease with the process.
I needed two front teeth and the resulting implants are a testimony to great workmanship as they are indistinguishable from the teeth either side.(the pre molar is also a success but it is hidden!). This is a tribute to Andrew’s care and attention to detail with photographic colour matching. The whole process was pain free and the resulting teeth are worth smiling about. Thank you Andrew.

Went and saw Andrew and his practice for advice about the mess my teeth were in, only 3 left in the top, was given the utmost attention and consideration I walk out of there about 4 months later with the biggest smile in my face and a full set of teeth that has transformed my life ,always smiling which I never used to, and everyone I know comments how good they look .
I can’t thank winning smiles enough and would recommend them to anybody. The wife thinks that they make me look younger and she likes the look of them.

Implant Denture Fantastic Service
I had a bridge fitted years ago due to an accident which didn’t look good, wrong colour to the rest of my teeth. Didn’t smile for years in photos as it showed up. The bridge started to get loose last year to the stage that I could only eat soft food of fear it would fall out. Four months ago the bridge did fall out. I made an appointment to see Dr Andrew Fennell at Winning Smile.
After my consultation with Andrew I knew he was the man for the job as he is extremely professional and explained all the options to me.
Andrew removed all my upper teeth and I have had an implant denture fitted. I cannot tell you how my quality of life has changed already. Just the simple things like eating an apple or having a steak makes a difference. Just to be able to smile again make a big difference. It’s a real confidence boaster.

I would like to thank Andrew and his team for my new smile. My teeth had deteriorated over the years and I came to a point in my life where that was having an impact on my life. I was recommended Winning Smiles by my own dentist. After an initial consultation and then a more in depth inspection and scan, I was told by Andrew that he could help by doing three implants and three additional teeth as an implant bridge. The first appointment was in January this year and I got my new smile in May, at each stage Andrew explained to me exactly what would happen and how long each stage would take, I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable on every visit. I would highly recommend Winning Smiles to anyone thinking about embarking on any treatment.
Full Set Top Teeth
The best thing I ever did was to find Winning Smiles when doing an on line search for implant surgery. What can I say about Winning Smiles, going to meet Andrew and his team they put me at ease and made me feel special. On the first consultation Andrew and his team went through the stages of what would happen. I had a full set of top teeth fitted at the first stage and the attention to detail by Andrew was wonderful. When the top set was fitted it boosted my confidence making eating comfortable. I wasn’t afraid to speak and smile any more. So if you want to smile go to Winning Smiles.
Bone graft cyst removal and implant
I would recommend going winning smiles as they know what they are doing for sure, I have had many trips to various dentists over the years, And my problem wasn’t an easy fix as I needed a bone graft cyst removal and implants and it was all taken care of.
Andrew, Jamie, And Denise the receptionist and all who work there are dedicated to what they do. You can tell when you meet them all at first they care for people and not just trying to get your money.
My wife also went there and she was petrified of anything to do with dentists, But now she has got over her fear of going thanks to Andrews calming way with her, All in all, a great service when you need a good dentist …Try them sometime I’m glad I did, PS there is plenty of free parking to the rear of the building
